Our Warranty

3DFurler products come with a Lifetime Warranty on the performance of the system. If any part fails or makes the system inoperable, we will replace it free of charge with shipping costs covered by us for the first 12 months in the USA.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse as defined in the Installation Manual, improper installation, accidents, modifications such as cutting, drilling and painting., normal wear and tear including cosmetic effects such as UV fading, exposure to chemicals harmful to Polycyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate, glycol‑modified and Acrylonitrile–Styrene–Acrylic Ester Terpolymer. Non-Transferable Original Purchaser. Lifetime Warranty is defined as 20 years after the purchase date.

No Returns Necessary:

Send us video of the part and brief explanation of what happened. In most cases, we can tell what happened. If we ask to see the part for analysis, it’s on our freight bill not yours. No Hassle.
