How it works
The whole arrangement, in four steps.
Step 01
Install within 60 days
Fit the 3DFurler on your sailboat within 60 days of the documented UPS delivery date.
Step 02
Sail with it for 30 days
Actually use it. That is the point — we want you to furl, reef and change sails with it in real conditions.
Step 03
Not happy? Tell us within 10 days
Request a Return Material Authorization within 10 days of the end of the trial period, with video proof that you installed, operated and sailed with it.
Step 04
Pack it and ship it back
Pack carefully in a 14 × 14 × 14 inch box with your own pre-paid UPS label. Shipments are not accepted without an authorization, and the return must ship within 10 days of it being issued.
The fine print
What we check, and what is excluded.
Once your return arrives we check it for damage and missing parts, then let you know the refund due. Anything damaged or missing is deducted at the prices shown on our website.
All we ask for is a video showing you used it on your sailboat. We are the world’s first polymer roller furler, so we figured we should also be the first in the marine industry to put our money where our furler is.
The 30-day risk-free trial applies to headsail applications only. It does not apply to custom modification projects, or to any behind-the-mast application, without the express written consent of 3DFurler.com.
