Size to the rig, then cut the sail.
Experienced sailors and sailmakers will tell you to wait until the furler is installed and tensioned before committing to a sail measurement. We agree, strongly. Use this to get in the right range, not to order cloth.
Allow 6 inches below the furler top pulley and 2 to 3 inches above the drum top. Check the luff bolt rope will fit the 12 mm luff gap in the foils.
